Lone Star Labrador Retriever Rescue (Lone Star Lab Rescue) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to preventing the needless destruction of Labrador Retrievers in the DFW/Dallas/Fort Worth/North Texas area.


	We need fosters! If you are a Lab lover, this is one of the most rewarding volunteer activities that you can imagine. And yes, you get attached to them. But it is also a very wonderful feeling to see them placed with a great forever home and to know that you saved the dog’s life. The number of labs we can help is limited by our available foster homes. Everyone agrees that becoming a Foster is one of the most rewarding things they have ever done.
